At Erik & Paws, we stand behind everything we make. That’s why we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the delivery date.

If it’s not right for your pup, we’ll make it right.

Domestic Return Policy

Ordered a supplement and your dog isn’t loving it? No problem. We accept returns even if the product has been opened, as long as the request is made within 90 days of delivery.

Here’s how it works:

• Email us first at info@erikandpaws.com to get your return approved.
• If a product is sent back without contacting us, we won’t be able to process the return.
• Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
• You’ll receive a full refund for the product.

Refunds

Once your return is processed, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account. All refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
