What is your shipping policy?
Our products are shipped within 2-5 business days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Please include a note with your return, listing your full name or order number. If you would like to exchange the product for something else, please list the requested product. If you would prefer a refund, please let us know.
What is your policy on refunds?
If your return is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days and will receive an email notification. If there are any issues with your return, we will contact you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
